Royalle Mews

Royalle Mews Estate is a retirement village being developed on the corner of Mirrabooka and Botany Roads in Howick. It will consist of 45 self-contained freehold units, with floor areas ranging from 113.5m2 to 136.5m2.

Units will be covenanted for occupation by people 55 years and over. The retirement village is similar in concept to two previous villages developed in Blockhouse Bay and Massey.

The village is ideally suited to local amenities with the Landsdowne Rest Home and Howick Club across Botany Road,and village shops including a bakery, takeaway, and dairy on the corner.

The main entrance is from Mirrabooka Avenue, with pedestrian access to Botany Road.
