"We have been happily residing in our Royalle Mews unit since December 2010 and are very pleased with the decision to move here.

The unit is very well built with good quality fixtures & fittings and a pleasant decor, and makes for easy living with plenty of room and a convenient layout. Double glazing ensures that the unit is nice and warm. In fact our life style hasn’t changed since leaving a five bedroom house.

It is very handy to the local shops and the Botany Town Centre, is just across the road from the Howick Club and has a bus stop right outside the complex. The residents are friendly, like-minded people who give a wave as they pass.

We are particularly pleased to be able to 'lock & leave' without any security concerns when we go away in our motorhome which we keep in storage five minutes away."

"Living in a four bedroom house was beginning to become a lot of work. Friends told Don and I about a new subdivision that was going up on the corner of Mirrabooka and Botany Road. We have always lived in this area and took a visit to the showhomes there.

As soon as we looked Don and I were impressed. In fact, he said it was the only property that I had looked at and didn't find fault with.

We were there at the 'beginning' of the development and able to choose the section that we liked and the style of home. It was so nice to see the house progress and to meet with the friendly staff during the building process.

The moving process to a smaller place is always a little trying, but the cheerful support from Fiona and Brian made things much pleasanter than it could have been. Moving in just before Christmas and planning our daughter's wedding in January was a challenge. Royalle Mews staff made sure that the gardens (and windows) were all in tip top order for the bride to make her departure from our new home.

After six months - and one wedding - we are now quite established and friends are always impressed with our new home. Don and I are very happy with the decision we made. We have even put in a small garden vegetable patch.

We can go away on holiday and know that the lawns and garden will be tended while we are away. The pleasure of sitting in the lounge and watching the gardener mowing the grass is very therapeutic. Jill wondered if the kitchen would be large enough but finds that everything is within reach and all necessary (and some unnecessary) equipment is conveniently stored.

The double bedrooms are both very roomy and bathroom and ensuite very modern. We love the heated towel rails and heated tiled floor in the ensuite. Showers are very roomy and if the need arises the home is wheelchair friendly.

This was one of the best moves we have made and we look foward to our easy, convenient retirement."

"As the first residents, and having looked at many alternative retirement propositions, Royalle Mews came out far and away the best development of the lot.

It has top quality construction, the units are eco- friendly, it's handy to all amenities and we have great neighbours."

"We have lived at Royalle Mews for nearly a year, and wished the complex had been built when we emigrated from England ten years ago.

Two properties later and lots of wrong decisions, we have found our perfect place. Our villa tucked away in a quiet part of the Estate is just the ticket. Plenty of space and very well designed with loads of storage, super kitchen and two very nice bathrooms.

The village is very handy to all the local amenities. The Howick Club is just across the road where you can enjoy a quiet drink or meal and entertainment most nights of the week. A few shops are situated just outside the Estate and they provide you with anything you may have forgotten on your weekly shop.

It is only ten minutes drive to Botany shopping Centre, and five minutes to the lovely picturesque Howick village where there are lots of shops and many cafes to while away a few lazy hours...

Come and join us at Royalle Mews Estate, the perfect place to end your twilight years...you will not regret it"
